1. Bard's Tale, The - Tales of the Unknown

Tales of the Unknown: Volume I, better known by its subtitle The Bard's Tale, is a fantasy role-playing video game created by Interplay Productions in 1985 and distributed by Electronic Arts. It was designed and programmed by Michael Cranford.

Based on loosely on traditional Dungeons & Dragons gameplay and inspired by the Wizardry computer games, The Bard's Tale was noteworthy for its unprecedented 3D graphics and partly animated portraits. The Bard was also an innovation: "The Bard was author Michael Cranford's contribution to the genre, and the character who casts spells to sing one of six tunes.

2. Bard's Tale II, The - The Destiny Knight 












The Bard's Tale II: The Destiny Knight is a fantasy role-playing video game created by Interplay Productions in 1986. It is the first sequel to The Bard's Tale, and the last game of the series that was designed and programmed by Michael Cranford.
The Bard's Tale II takes place on a larger scale with an explorable wilderness, six cities, and multiple dungeons which give this game its dungeon crawl character. The game has new features such as casinos and banks, and introduces a new magic user called Archmage, among other changes from the first game in the series.

3. Barker Bill's Trick Shooting 
 
 














Barker Bill's Trick Shooting is a light gun shooting game released in North America for the NES by Nintendo in 1990. It is based on the cartoon show titled Barker Bill's Cartoon Show, which was created by Paul Terry in 1952.

4. Base Wars



Cyber Stadium Series: Base Wars (commonly abbreviated to Base Wars or BaseWars) is a futuristically-themed sports game, released for the Nintendo Entertainment System on June 1, 1991. Set in the 24th century, baseball team owners have grown tired of paying outrageous player salaries, they decide to replace their robots with cyborg robots. This was the last NES game released by Ultra Games itself (although it did release several other games developed by other companies for another year afterward for both NES and Game Boy).

5. Baseball


Baseball (Japanese: Hepburn: Bēsubōru) is a 1983 video game from Nintendo, one of the earliest titles for the Computer Family. In 1985, the game was featured prominently among the 18 titles at the Manhattan test market launch of the Nintendo Entertainment System, being demonstrated on a large screen projector by Real Major League Baseball players. The game's launching position and the universal appeal of its namesake sports are said to have made Baseball a key to the NES's overall success, and an important piece of Nintendo history.

7. Baseball Simulator 1.000


Baseball Simulator 1000 (超人 , Choujin Ultra Baseball) is a baseball game released on the NES. It was released in 1989 in Japan, 1990 in North America.

8. Baseball Stars


Baseball Stars, released in Japan as Baseball Star Mezase Sankan Ō ( Ō , It was first released as a 2-player baseball arcade game and was later released for the NES in 1989. It was a major hit in many countries worldwide, particularly in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

9. Baseball Stars II
Baseball Stars 2 ( 2 2 Bēsubōru Sutā 2) is a 2-player baseball arcade sports game released by SNK in 1992 for the Neo-Geo console. A less detailed console version was released for NES by Romstar the same year.

10. Bases Loaded

Loaded Bases, known in Japan as Moero !! Pro Yakyuu ( !! 野球, lit. "Burn !! Pro Baseball"), is a baseball video game by Jaleco that was originally released in Japan for the arcades. A version for the Nintendo Entertainment System was released in 1987 in Japan and in 1988 in North America, and a Game Boy port was released in July of 1990.

11. Bases Loaded 2

Bases Loaded II: Second Season, known in Japan as Moero !! Pro Yakyū '88 Kettei Ban ( !! 野球 '88 決定 Burn !! Pro Baseball '88 Decision Version), is a video game for the Nintendo Entertainment System released in 1988. It is sequel to Bases Loaded and is continued. Bases Loaded 3. As opposed to the original, Bases Loaded II (and the sequels) was developed directly for Nintendo's consoles and never saw an arcade version. The game is the second installment of the Bases Loaded series. The game was novelized by Peter Lerangis, as part of the Worlds of Power series published by Scholastic Books.

Bases Loaded 3, known in Japan as MoePro! Yakyū '90 Kandō Hen ( ! '90 感動 MoePro! Baseball '90 Excitement Version), is a baseball video game released in 1991 by Jaleco for the Nintendo Entertainment System. The game is the third installment of the Bases Loaded series.

 Bases Loaded 4, known in Japan as MoePro! Saikyō Hen ( ! 最強 MoePro! Stronger Version), is the fourth installment for the Bases Loaded series for the NES.

14. Batman

Batman, also known as Batman: The Video Game, is a group of platform games developed by Sunsoft for the Nintendo Entertainment System and Game Boy, loosely based on the 1989 film of the same name. Despite having the same title, each is actually a different game. The NES title is arguably the best known and contains five levels culminating in a showdown with the Joker in the bell tower of Gotham Cathedral. It was well received despite the changes from the movie upon which it was based.

15. Batman - Return of the Joker

Dynamite Batman ( , Unlike that game, which was based on the 1989 Batman film directed by Tim Burton, the Return of the Joker is entirely self-contained and based more on the modern comic book of Batman. However, Batman mans the Batmobile from the 1989 film. A remake of the Return of the Joker, titled Batman: Revenge of the Joker, was released on the Sega Genesis by Ringler Studios in 1992. A Super NES version of Revenge of the Joker was in development, but never released.
A completely different version of the game was released on Game Boy in 1992.
